Silence Corner Mambapod Hollowed Out Ball Head

The Silence Corner Mambapod Hollowed-Out Ball Head is a compact, high-performance support solution meticulously engineered for creators who demand strength without bulk. Designed with a distinctive open-frame architecture, this ball head offers an ideal balance between minimal weight and robust performance-making it the perfect companion for photographers, filmmakers, and content creators working in the field.

Crafted from precision-machined aluminium alloy and featuring a hollowed-out structure, this innovative ball head significantly reduces weight while maintaining exceptional rigidity. Weighing in at just 160g, it is one of the lightest professional ball heads in its class-yet it supports a generous load capacity of up to 5kg, easily accommodating mirrorless and DSLR camera systems with mid-sized lenses.

The 26mm diameter ball offers smooth, fluid movement with a secure, stable hold when locked-ideal for both quick repositioning and fine composition adjustments. A large ergonomic tension knob allows for easy control of ball friction, while the dedicated panning base, complete with degree markings, enables precise panoramic shooting.

The head includes a dual safety Arca-Swiss compatible clamp, providing wide compatibility with standard plates and L-brackets. An Arca-style quick release plate is included for immediate out-of-box usability. The top clamp is secured with a rugged thumb-screw, while the integrated bubble level assists with quick horizon alignment in the field.

A robust UNC 3/8" mounting socket ensures universal compatibility with tripods, monopods, or tabletop supports, while the 40mm base diameter provides a stable footprint for mounting.

Whether you're capturing long exposures on mountain ridges or framing timelapses from a compact travel setup, the Mambapod Hollowed-Out Ball Head delivers rock-solid reliability without slowing you down.
