Promo Mechanic:
To claim cashback from Sony Australia’s BONUS Cashback Promotion, running from 19 May 2025 to 30 June 2025, you must purchase an eligible Sony product from an authorised dealer during this purchase period. Eligible products, including specific cameras and lenses, offer cashback amounts ranging from $50 to $300. Purchases from lay-by, duty-free, discounted eBay sales, refurbished products, parallel imports, or second-hand retailers are excluded.

To submit your claim, visit sonypromotions.com.au/dicashback by 28 July 2025 and complete the online claim form, providing your personal details, proof of purchase (such as a receipt or tax invoice), and an image of the product’s serial number. The claimant’s name must match the proof of purchase, and incomplete or mismatched submissions will be invalid. If your product is on back order, contact sonypromotions@thinkwink.com.au for guidance and provide the serial number by 11 August 2025. You must opt in to Sony’s marketing communications during the claim process, though you can unsubscribe later.

After validation, cashback will be paid via electronic funds transfer to your nominated Australian bank account within 28 business days. Ensure your bank details are correct, as Sony is not liable for payments sent to incorrect accounts due to claimant error. You can submit up to three claims per person or household, each requiring a unique serial number and valid proof of purchase, which you must retain for verification. Claims from businesses, resellers, or those under other offers are not eligible. For non-online claims, email sonypromotions@thinkwink.com.au within the redemption period.
