PolarPro 82mm Peter McKinnon Mist Edition II VND ND64 to ND512 Filter (6 to 9-Stop)

PolarPro's Peter McKinnon Mist Edition II Variable Neutral Density Filter is the first of its kind: a diffusion + VND in a single aluminium frame. Revolutionising the ability to combine both filters in one, the Mist Edition II features haptic feedback and complete light control while adding a soft, angelic, and creative look to your footage. The Mist Edition II produces a dreamy, smooth, angelic look that provides an added layer of production value to your footage. Giving highlights a softer look, this filter excels at providing subjects with a polished appearance without sacrificing contrast and colour accuracy. Ideal for creative shots in documentaries, short films, music videos, and other commercial projects.

Features:

A variable neutral density filter allows you to apply differing amounts of density from scene to scene.

A 1.8 to 2.7 neutral density filter darkens the image, allowing you to photograph with a longer shutter speed or wider aperture than is usually possible.

Providing a reduction of 6 to 9 stops, this filter allows you to control the depth of field and convey movement more easily.

Preset stop range eliminates any chance of cross-polarization with zero vignetting down to 16mm focal length lenses.

For filming in bright conditions with wide-open apertures

Softens digital sharpness for a smooth, ethereal look

Increase light halation with 1/8th diffusion strength

The haptic Feedback mechanism lets you feel each stop adjustment snap into position without taking your eye off the shot.

Includes Defender360 protector case, featuring a waterproof and dustproof seal
