This is a blue type 12 Manfrotto Spring for Pantograph. It allows safe and balanced mounting of a heavy light up to 26 lb to the pantograph of a Manfrotto rail system. If you have the compact pantograph, the TOP 2 version has a red notched ring, while the TOP 4 version has a blue notched ring.
