This Kupo 5/8" Receiver with 1/4"-20 Thread mounts to a 5/8" light stand top stud to allow attachment of items such as field monitors or 1/4"-20 shoe mount adapters to the stand. This adapter has a spring-loaded locking knob and comes with a 1/4"-20 locking nut.
