This raven Cold Shoe ARRI Mount Adapter from Kondor Blue makes any 1/4"-20 accessory work with a cold shoe mount. The lightweight adapter has removable ARRI anti-twist pins, which can be stashed into the adapter to avoid loss, and it also has an oversized thumbwheel for tightening. An integrated rubber O-ring prevents slipping.
