If you have their Radian carbon fiber tripod with the ball head you can swap it out for this Vortex Optics Radian Leveling Head and save half the weight over the ball head, so you can lighten your load without compromising performance. It is designed with a quick release mechanism that makes it fast and easy to install and remove from the tripod and swap it as needed. The head comes with a quick release plate for fast setup and breakdown, and the head is Arca-type compatible-so if your gear's mounting shoe is too, you don't need the plate...just drop it right on the head and enjoy.
