With the Storm 3000DV Wireless Kit with V-Mount Plates from Vaxis you can transmit visually lossless, uncompressed video signals from the transmitter to the receiver with zero latency. The transmitter features dual V-mount pass-through plates as well as HDMI/SDI inputs and outputs. The receiver also features a V-mount plate and features one HDMI and two SDI outputs. The system supports input up to 4K and up to 1080p60 video transmissions, cross conversion from HDMI input to SDI loop output on transmitter, 2-pin power input, the 5 GHz wireless band, and each features 1/4"-20 mounting threads.

Vaxis Storm 3000' DV Wireless Video Transmitter with Dual V-Mount Plate

With the Storm 3000' DV Wireless Video Transmitter from Vaxis you can transmit visually lossless, uncompressed video signals to any Vaxis Storm receiver with zero latency. The unit features a dual V-mount plate which allows you to attach it to the V-mount plate on your camera and mount a V-mount battery on the other side, providing pass-through power to both the transmitter and the camera simultaneously. The transmitter features one HDMI input, one SDI input, and one SDI loop output, and it supports input up to 4K and up to 1080p60 video transmissions. The unit also supports cross conversion from HDMI input to SDI loop output.

The transmitter unit can be secured to a camera or other SDI/HDMI video source via a built-in 1/4"-20 threaded hole. The included short antennas provide connectivity for short distances of a few hundred feet, while the larger blade antennas transmit a powerful line-of-sight signal up to 3000'. It also supports the transmission of timecode, metadata, and timecode trigger information.

The Storm 3000 transmitter features 20 selectable 40 MHz channels and a 5.1 to 5.9 GHz wireless frequency range, and on the side is a bright LED display showing your connection status and channel information. The unit can be powered using its 2-pin LEMO port using a D-Tap or AC source with a separately available cable. A standard BNC cable is included so you can plug in right out of the box.

Receive signals from your Storm 3000 transmitter with this Vaxis Storm 3000 Receiver, which is 40% smaller than previous versions and capable of receiving signals up to 1000' further away, even in complex RF environments. This V-mount receiver allows you to add a second receiver to your existing Storm 3000 transmitter/receiver kit.

Enjoy the system's professional transmission mode, which is close to 0 ms latency, making this suitable for live event and news use as well as for narrative and documentary filmmaking. An antenna cover helps protect the most frequently damaged part of wireless systems and serves to extend the service life of each antenna.
