Alta Pro 3VLT series travel tripods feature a more compact design and a nonremovable leveling base for ultimate control and flexibility, along with maximum portability. A selection of video pan heads gives you fluid motion and smooth panning and tilting, along with precise control with extended handles. Precision-engineered, CNC-machined parts mean that your Alta Pro tripod is built to last. Easy-twist leg locks let you quickly deploy your aluminium or carbon-fiber legs.

The Alta Pro 3VLT is a super light CNC-machined travel tripod with a built-in leveling base, fitted with an ultra-compact Arca-compatible video head - a perfect combination that delivers incredible portability for videographers, heavy long lenses, or spotting scopes on the go.

The 5-section, 23mm diametre legs are designed to deliver an optimum combination of portability and usability, with non-slip rubber feet on the base of each leg.

Replacing a traditional central column is a built-in 45mm leveling base that is incorporated into the tripod canopy. This includes a bowl mechanism that can be rotated 360° or moved ±15° vertically, making it simple to level your tripod and compose your shot in seconds, whatever the terrain.

Removing the central column also allows the legs to fold more closely together. This means you can almost fit your hand around the folded legs, making them incredibly easy to carry or slip into a camera bag pocket or tripod holder.
