Video Transmission and Encoding

Eight 5G modems, a custom antenna array, and support for two Ethernet or satellite connections make for a comprehensive transmission ecosystem capable of communicating in crowded wireless environments. The encoder unit itself provides Wi-Fi and Bluetooth LE wireless, as well as 8 SIM and eSIM slots. A wide array of connections on the back panel, including SDI I/O, audio I/O, HDMI I/O, and USB-A ports, connect the encoder to various monitors, cameras, and intercom systems.

Detachable 7" OLED Monitor

Store the monitor in the internal compartment of your Jetpack and view footage in real time. Easily detach it and secure it to the top of your camera or a tripod, depending on the needs of your production. The monitor features a maximum brightness of 1200 cd/m² for daylight viewing, and the backpack has a built-in sun hood. Integrated PageOS provides the monitor with tools for framing, focus, exposure, and more production functions.

Design Overview

The Jetpack features intuitive design features for all-day production use. Hook-and-Loop attachment areas are available to add camera and production identifiers. Cooling vents, as well as straps and back padding, make for more comfortable wear. Weather-resistant zippers and a built-in rain and dust cover protect against inclement weather. An included Gold mount battery plate helps power your equipment for long periods of time.

Camera-to-Cloud Capabilities

Deliver footage to your post-production team faster by uploading files over a bonded network connection. The Jetpack supports a wide variety of camera-to-cloud protocols like Teradek TV, Frame.io, and Sony C3 Portal.

Find My Jetpack

Integrated GPS allows you to locate your Jetpack's exact location and keep tabs on its battery life. Low-power mode ensures you can keep track of the Jetpack for extended periods of time without worrying about battery life
