Sony Tough 960GB CFexpress Type A 1800MB/s Memory Card

Designed for professional photographers, videographers, and enthusiasts looking to boost workflows with speed and reliability, the 960GB CFexpress 4.0 Type A Tough Memory Card from Sony provides fast read speeds of up to 1800 MB/s and write speeds of up to 1700 MB/s. This quick performance benefits recording a variety of video resolutions, bit-rates, and compressions as well as high-resolution continuous raw photo shooting. Beyond its speed, this Tough memory card also has a reinforced physical design to withstand falls from up to 24' and has been rigidity tested to 150 N of force. It's also resistant to extreme temperatures, X-rays, electrostatic, and UV lighting. Offering further protection, File Rescue recovery software can be downloaded for recovering lost or even accidentally deleted files, while an IP57 rating provides resistance to dust and water, which offers greater reliability for outdoor use.

The optional MRW-G3 card reader is optimised for Sony CFexpress Type A memory cards, allowing you to transfer data via a 40Gb/s USB4 interface and take full advantage of high-speed backups and more efficient workflows. Support for Windows and macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Android OS for smartphones and tablets lets you import data to computers and mobile devices.

Thanks to Sony's unique Tough card design, their CFexpress Type A cards offer over 10x the CFexpress Type A standard bend resistance, with additional rigidity tested to 150 N of force. Designed for absolute dependability, the resin body is five times more impact resistant than the CFexpress Type A standard and can withstand drops of up to 24'.
