Sony ECM-V1BMP Omnidirectional Lavalier Microphone with Locking Sony 3.5mm Connector (Black)

The black Sony ECM-V1BMP is an omnidirectional lavalier microphone with a locking 3.5mm connector wired specifically for use with selected Sony bodypack transmitters, including the UWP series.

The microphone features an omnidirectional polar pattern that picks up sound in a 360° radius around the mic capsule, helping to deliver consistent levels, even if the talent turns away from the capsule. The electret condenser capsule is optimized to run on 5 VDC, but will function with a 1.1 to 10 VDC power source.

The ECM-V1BMP offers a wide 40 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response and features 2.3mm diameter cable with a 3.9' length. A lapel clip to attach the mic to clothing and a windscreen to reduce wind and breath noise are both included.

Sony: Works with Sony transmitters equipped with a locking 3.5mm connector, including the following models: UTX-B40, UTX-B03, UTX-B1, UTX-B2, and WRT-805A.

The ECM-V1BMP is wired specifically for Sony transmitters and will not function reliably with third-party transmitters and equipment.
