The SLIK PRO AL-523HD II is a fluid-effect 3-way pan head that accommodates DSLRs and video cameras up to 5.0 kg. It features separate pan and tilt drag controls for fine-tuned movement and quick release for easy mounting and removal.

SLIK AMT has a 40% greater strength-to-weight ratio than standard aluminium. The legs are lighter and stronger than the traditional metal used in most of today's tripods. This lightweight comes at a price comparable to other standard aluminium tripods.

The 3 leg sections mean the tripod folds down to 665mm in length making it an easy traveller while fully extended it can reach up to 1,680mm. The SLIK PRO AL-523 also makes setting up easy with secure, speed-release leg locks. Padded leg wraps make the tripod more comfortable to carry. A gearless centre column and 3-position, adjustable angle leg locks allow easy set-up on uneven ground or steps.
