Profoto Softbox 3' Octa White (Fast Setup/Quick Release)

Profoto 3' Octa Softbox with White Interior

Profoto continues to enhance its collection of all-in-one quick softboxes with this 3' Octa Softbox featuring a white interior. Departing from the traditional silver lining, this softbox introduces a white inner colour to provide a softer, more diffused light. Part of a versatile line of softboxes, it boasts an all-in-one mount design that enables photographers to swiftly shape their lighting.

This 3' softbox is designed for convenience, setting up in mere seconds with an intuitive fold/unfold mechanism. Beyond its speedy assembly, it is crafted from a heat-resistant fabric. The modifier includes a built-in speed ring, compatible with a broad array of Profoto models such as ProHead and B10 lights. A carry case is supplied for easy storage and transport.

White Interior

Profoto’s innovative white interior softboxes deliver studio-quality soft lighting wherever you are. Unlike their silver counterparts, the white interior ensures an even softening of light, reducing contrast and producing natural-looking illumination.

Soft, Flattering Portrait Lighting

Perfect for fashion and portrait photography, this 3' octa softbox creates a smooth, wrap-around light quality with natural catchlights in your subject’s eyes. Its circular shape ensures equally soft or firm edges on all sides, making it an essential tool for beauty photography. The removable and interchangeable diffusion material adapts to various creative needs.

Heat-Resistant Fabric

Designed to soften and diffuse light, this classic octa softbox features a heat-resistant construction. It safely accommodates a range of fixtures, including flashes with halogen lights up to 500W.

Widely Compatible

This octa softbox requires no additional speed ring for mounting select Profoto lights, seamlessly working with ProHeads, B10s, and 100mm light heads. For compatibility with Profoto A-Series flashes, a separately available OCF Adapter II is needed. It is fully compatible with B10, B10X, B10X Plus, B1, B1X, D1, D2, D2i, and all ProHeads with up to 500W modelling light.

Additional Accessories

Retaining compatibility with Profoto’s silver softbox accessories, this model supports optional diffuser kits, fabric softgrids to control light spill, and an edge mask—all sold separately. These accessories attach effortlessly via touch-fasteners, offering further creative control.
