High-Quality 4K Monitoring

Monitor up to DCI 4K30 video on the 1920 x 1080 resolution LCD screen, which provides a 16:9 aspect ratio, a 1000:1 contrast ratio, and a 1000 cd/m² brightness for easy viewing outdoors as well as inside. The LCD provides a 160° viewing angle, enabling you to see an image without being directly in front of the monitor.

Multi-Camera Control

Control basic functions on a variety of cameras using wired or wireless connectivity. The monitor supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections that make it easy to connect to compatible cameras. You can also connect to up to four cameras simultaneously, choosing each one from the monitor interface. Controls include touch focus, start/stop, and more.

3D LUTs

Apply 3D LUTs on the fly and on the loop outputs to view your footage on a larger external display. You can load custom LUTs via the USB-A input via a flash drive and store them on the monitor.

Professional Built-In Imaging Tools

The LS7P monitor features a variety of image-evaluating tools, including exposure tools such as peaking, zebra, and false colour; waveform tools such as luma, RGB, and audio meters; freeze frame; monitoring tools such as crosshair, grids, and guides; colour adjustment tools such as contrast, sharpness, tint, and chroma; and image ratio adjustments such as anamorphic de-squeeze, rectangle crop, and preset lens ratios.

Quick Mount

On the back of the monitor, there is a flex mount that features an L-series dummy battery that allows you to quickly mount a video transmitter or receiver that features an L-series mount. The battery plate on the monitor can provide power to the external accessory through the mount.

Power Options

The monitor is powered using a Sony L-series-type battery or via the locking DC power input using a separately available power supply.

Connections

The monitor features HDMI input and output, 3G-SDI input and output, USB-A input for 3D LUTs, and a 3.5mm audio output for monitor audio via headphones or a speaker.

Physical Design

The chassis is made from durable, lightweight aluminium to withstand any environment. Customisable control buttons located on top of the monitor allow you to assign often-used controls. There are 1/4"-20 threads on the top, side, and bottom for mounting onto arms, cameras, and rigs.
