The 9-blade circular aperture diaphragm produces smooth, pleasing out-of-focus areas, while the maximum aperture of f/2.8 ensures consistent brightness throughout the 24-60mm focal range. The lens offers a diagonal angle of view from 84° at the wide end to 40° at the telephoto end, making it ideal for a variety of shooting scenarios.

Versatility and Handling

With a focal length range of 24-60mm, this lens covers wide-angle to short telephoto perspectives, perfect for everything from expansive landscapes to intimate portraits. It achieves a maximum magnification of 0.30x at 30mm (0.25x at 24mm, 0.22x at 60mm) and a closest focusing distance of 0.19m at 24-30mm or 0.33m at 60mm, enabling detailed close-up shots. The lens is equipped with a 77mm filter thread for creative filter use.
