Novoflex MB FREE MagicBall Free with Housing

The MagicBall Free with Housing from Novoflex is a modular tripod head designed to work alone and as part of the MagicBall Free system.

Using a unique "open" design, the MagicBall Free features approximately 240° of free adjustment along with two large vertical notches on both sides of the U-shaped housing. The housing, which supports the MagicBall, is a relatively simple mechanism, equipped with a basic ball-lock, a release lock for removing the ball from the housing, and a dial for mounting the head atop a tripod or monopod.

When the MagicBall is used with the housing, it functions similarly to a traditional ball head, but when removed it can be paired with other optional components of the MagicBall Free system to accomplish a range of different tasks.

From a technical standpoint, the MagicBall Free with Housing features common specifications, including metal construction, a 1/4"-20 camera mounting thread, a 3/8"-16 bottom mounting thread, and a durable anodized finish.
