The Nikon D800E is capable of truly stunning image quality, thanks to its 36.3MP FX-format sensor and EXPEED 3 image processor. As this product has been designed without an anti-aliasing filter, it is notable for its exceptional image sharpness. Great for low-light photography, the D800E provides noise-free, detailed pictures, throughout the native ISO range of 100-6400. A 51-point AF system allows you to make the most of the 4 frames per second continuous shooting rate and the Full HD video, while in keeping with the low-light prowess of this body, this system can find focus in relative darkness. A large and bright Viewfinder with 100% coverage and a 3.2-inch LCD screen with reinforced glass is at hand for you to compose with finesse, while this workhorse-like body features a new shutter release system, tested to 200,000 cycles.

For the more versatile shooter, the D800E provides Full HD video at 30p, the camera's full-frame sensor coming into effect and delivering smooth and beautifully rendered movies. The newly developed shutter unit allows a top speed of 1/8000 of a second, while a hugely beneficial feature for the working professional is its reliability, tested for 200,000 shutter actuations.
