The Leofoto G20 3D Geared Head with QP-70N Quick Release Plate is an advanced, precision-engineered tripod head designed for photographers who demand smooth, precise control in all three axes-ideal for architectural, studio, and macro photography where subtle adjustments are key.

Design and Build Quality: At the heart of the G20 is a robust, highly durable aluminium alloy construction, ensuring longevity and reliable performance under heavy loads. The material used, 6061-T6 aluminium, is corrosion-resistant and able to withstand rigorous outdoor use. It is complemented by stainless steel precision screws and a brass slider mechanism, which combine to create a silky smooth operation. The entire unit is CNC machined for the highest precision, delivering unparalleled accuracy in every movement.

Geared Adjustment and 3D Control: The G20 Geared Head offers 3D geared adjustment, meaning you have precise, separate control over pitch (tilt), roll (horizontal rotation), and yaw (pan). Each axis can be adjusted individually, providing a high level of accuracy, especially crucial for panoramic photography, architectural shoots, or any scenario where perfect framing is required.

With the dual-axis panorama adjustment, users can take full advantage of 15° adjustments for fine-tuning the horizontal, tilt, and vertical axes. The panning base provides 360° rotation for full panoramic shots, while the finely calibrated gears ensure that even the smallest adjustments are smooth and precise.

QP-70N Quick Release Plate: The G20 Geared Head comes with the QP-70N Quick Release Plate, a 70mm Arca-Swiss-compatible plate that ensures quick and secure attachment of your camera to the head. The locking mechanism is secure yet quick to operate, allowing for seamless changes between shots, perfect for photographers on the go.

Compact and Lightweight Design: Weighing only 680g, the G20 strikes an ideal balance between portability and strength. With a maximum load capacity of up to 20kg, it supports even the heaviest DSLR or mirrorless camera setups, making it an excellent choice for professional and enthusiast photographers alike. Despite its compact size, the G20 is engineered to provide rock-solid stability and smooth, fluid movements.

Enhanced Performance in the Field: The geared controls offer a high level of tactile feedback, making micro-adjustments easy to achieve. This precision is particularly beneficial when shooting macro subjects or fine details in architecture, where exact composition is critical. The separate horizontal, tilting, and vertical axis controls mean you can frame your shot without having to compromise on stability or ease of use.

Packaging and Accessories: The Leofoto G20 Geared Head comes in premium packaging that reflects the quality of the product inside. Included with the head are a QC-passed certificate, a detailed instruction manual, a warranty card for Leofoto's 10-year guarantee, and a protective carrying pouch that ensures your G20 is safe during transport.
