Dreamy Argus Look

The distinctive Argus look combines dreamy bokeh with an accurate colour rendition reminiscent of a painterly look.

This look is maintained across the lens series, lessening the need for colour correction in post-production.

Impressive Low-Light Performance

Colour, contrast, and sharpness are maintained when capturing video in lower light levels.

This performance is maintained even when shooting wide open at T1.

Consistency Across Series

The Argus T1 lenses deliver consistent colour rendition across the series, reducing time spent in post-production. Unified gear positions with a common 80mm front outside diametre and 77 mm filter thread help speed lens changes when using a matte box and/or lens control system.

Cine-Style Design

This cine-style lens has a lens support thread and focus marks in both feet and metres.

Shallow Depth of Field with Dreamy Bokeh

The superfast T1 maximum aperture lets you create shots with dreamy bokeh effects.

The resulting selective shallow depth of field helps focus your viewer's attention on your subject.

Wide Focus and Iris Rotation

The focus ring rotates 270°, and the iris ring 67° for precise manual adjustments with low focus breathing.
