Laowa 9mm f/2.8 Zero-D - MFT

The Laowa 9mm F2.8 Zero-D Lens in Micro Four Thirds MFT / M43 mount is here. Exciting prime providing ultra-wide-angle coverage up to 113° angle of view which is the widest in its class. The tiny size & light weight match perfectly with many micro four-thirds cameras. Ultra-compact lens, just 215g designed to mount to any Micro Four Thirds mount camera (MFT). Additionally, the lens accepts 49mm filter size.

The Micro Four Thirds mount is designed for Panasonic G-series, Olympus OM-D / PEN and other MFT mount mirrorless camera systems such as the Blackmagic Design BMPCC 4K.

This exciting prime lens provides ultra wide-angle coverage up to 113° angle of view (100° on MFT system). The tiny size & lightweight match perfectly with mirrorless cameras and are suitable for use with gimbals. 2 aspherical elements plus 3 extra-low dispersion elements successfully correct chromatic aberration, achieve close-to-zero distortion and delivers excellent corner to corner sharpness.

Pairing an ultra-wide-angle field of view with an especially compact design. The lens offers an 18mm equivalent focal length on 2x crop MFT sensors. As a Zero-D lens (near "Zero-Distortion"), this 9mm f/2.8’s optical design is specifically designed to minimise any optical distortion. This is extremely useful for both architectural photographers and aerial videographers. This also saves a lot of time in post-processing.
