Kondor Blue Mini Lock Quick Release System (Female Receiver Only)

Quickly mount and unmount a magic arm, monitor, microphone, or other accessory on your camera rig using this female receiver component of the Mini Lock Quick Release System from Kondor Blue. This redesigned mini quick release system consists of a female base receiver and a separately available quick release plate that lock together using a quick release lever. It is even smaller and more functional than previous mini quick release plates, but it retains compatibility with all previous mini quick release plate models.

The receiver features 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads for mounting onto your cage or rig. Two anti-twist pin screws are included to add and remove as required, and 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting screws are also included. The integrated nylon-tipped M4 set screw that comprises the quick release lever is adjustable, so you can fine-tune any play or quick release tension.

Mini Lock Receiver

The female Mini Lock receiver's 3/8"-16 threads are now deeper than previous models for more security. Removable 3mm anti-twist ARRI style pins can also be added in either orientation. The outer profile continues to be compatible with KONDOR BLUE's range of anti-twist cradles as well. All the mounting hardware included with the kit is made from durable stainless steel.

Secure Locking

Because of the tiny footprint of the Mini Lock, achieving tight tolerances is critical for secure locking. The safety latch, which still features its unique ability to stay fixed when open, now features an integrated M4 nylon tip set screw.

Using the included 2mm hex wrench, a user can fine-tune the plate-to-plate fit by simply adjusting the set screw. The nylon tip smoothly glides along the surface of the male quick release plate removing any potential play, all without marring the surface.
