The included coin-shaped transmitters feature a 1.22" E-Ink display that can be customised using the Insta360 app with your logo or other graphics. A camera-mount receiver with integrated cold shoe mount and integrated display and controls make for intuitive adjustment of recording parameters. The components communicate to one another from up to 1312' via 2.4 GHz wireless.

Transmitters with 32-Bit Onboard Recording

The transmitter easily records 32-bit float audio into its 32GB internal storage. An NPU-powered AI noise-cancelling chip, auto gain control, and low-cut filter make for crystal-clear sound capture. Connect the transmitter to your computer or mobile device via USB-C to quickly export your files.

Receiver with Onboard Controls

The included camera-mount receiver features a touchscreen display and dial for intuitive adjustment over your wireless system. Use the 3.5mm TRS output for connection to compatible cameras and recording devices. The included USB-C adapter can be used to directly insert the receiver into a laptop or mobile device, with the option to add a Lightning adapter with a separately available accessory. On its own, the receiver can accommodate up to two audio channels, but optional accessories and built-in modes can expand that to four signals.

Multi-Cam and Multi-Person Modes

Toggle Multi-Person recording to route up to four transmitters to the receiver for four audio tracks synced together. Toggle Multi-Cam recording to pair up to four receivers to a single transmitter for synced audio. This function only works with the separately available Camera Adapter when paired with compatible Sony cameras. The receiver also supports timecode sync for streamlined postproduction.

Customisable E-Ink Display

A 1.22" E-Ink 6-colour display on the transmitter units support images, logos, and other graphics for a professional appearance. Upload your desired image using the Insta360 app.

3-Mic Array and Directional Pickup Modes

A 3-microphone array ensures a wider sound field capture. Choose between three pickup modes-supercardioid for solo streams, ASMR, and voiceover, figure-8 for interviews and two person conversations and omnidirectional for versatile capture. Use a separately available USB-C to 3.5mm adapter to make the transmitter compatible with a lavalier microphone for a more professional appearance.

Auto Gain Control, Voice Tone Presets

The transmitters automatically adjust volume levels based on your vocal intensity without requiring manual gain. Two different modes can be toggled for different noise environments. Select between three different voice tone presets-standard, rich, and bright-to accentuate different tones within human speech.

Direct Camera Connection

Using Bluetooth 5.4 wireless technology, the Mic Pro transmitters connect directly to your Insta360 X5, Ace Pro 2, and GO Ultra camera models. Record high-fidelity 48 kHz audio to the action camera for simplified workflow.

Long Battery Life

The components can be charged quickly in just five minutes to support an additional 1.5 hours of use. On their own, the receiver can run for 11 hours at a time and the transmitters can run for 10 hours at a time. Use the included charging case to extend the system runtime up to 30 hours.
