Colour Your Scenes

Boasting the ultimate in colour control, the MG1200R has CCT, HSI, RGBW, GEL, XY, and FX modes to give you access to a vast spectrum of colours, letting you achieve different looks and effects for your scenes. The fixture provides a wide colour temperature range of 1800 to 10,000K with colour accuracy ratings of CRI 96 and TLCI 95 to ensure professional-quality colour rendition.

Extreme Brightness

Combined with the included 45° reflector, the MG1200R normal mode produces 21,300 lux at 9.8' (5600K). The light also works with the optional 15, 30, and 60° reflectors to personalise your creative expression. Besides that, the separately available GF14 Fresnel lens expands its output to 56,500 lux at the same distance.

Four Dimming Curves & Green/Magenta Tint Control

The MG1200R offers cinema-quality fine tuning with 0 to 100% dimming in 0.1% increments along four dimming curves: linear, S-curve, exponential, and logarithmic. Users can also make precise adjustments with a green/magenta shift.

14 Creative Effects

Lend realism to your scenes with flash, lightning, clouds, broken bulbs, TV, candles, fire, fireworks, explosion, welding, cop car, SOS, RGB cycle, and party effects. These preset lighting effects are easy to customise. Adjust their parameters and set different speeds to find the exact look you need.

Multiple Control Methods

A variety of control methods allow you to adjust and control your light effortlessly and simplify your workflow. While onboard adjustments, DMX, and app control from up to 131' away are available, you can also control the fixture wirelessly via LumenRadio CRMX or Ethernet, which supports the Art-Net and sACN protocols.

Innovative G-Mount

The MG1200R is configured to accept optional newly designed G-mount light modifiers that will give you complete control of the light output. This includes all the accessories that are compatible with the MG1200Bi and MG2400Bi bi-colour fixtures, such as multiple types of separately available reflectors and softboxes.

Intelligent Optics Recognition

The G-mount is designed with local touch spots to recognise attached accessories. Godox's smart optics recognition enables seamless communication between the light and select modifiers, ensuring colour temperature consistency at all times.
