The Yeti can be charged from 110 VAC house current, 12 VDC car/vehicle power, or from compatible GoalZero solar panels. Multiple power and charging management systems optimise the input and output to protect your gear and its battery while being extremely efficient.The front display panel provides readouts of incoming/outgoing power and battery status in 20% increments. This real time feedback enables precise power management. Charging the Yeti

  • Charge the battery from multiple sources

  • Use compatible solar panels: Light usage with Nomad 20 (charges in 29-58 hours); Standard usage with Boulder 50 (charges in 12-24 hours); Heavy usage with Boulder 100 Briefcase (charges in 6-12 hours)

  • Two 8mm charging ports, one on front and one on back, use the included AC charger and optional DC as well as GZ solar panels

  • USB Type-C PD source at 60W charges it in 2.5 hours

  • Included 60W 110 VAC wall outlet charges it in 8.5 hours

  • Charge in as little as 3 hours using a GZ solar panel bank with 180W of maximum input

  • MPPT (Maximum Power Port Tracking) charge controller increases charge efficiency by up to 30% when using compatible solar panels
