The Gitzo GS5370C Quick Release Plate is a square plate that comes with one standard 1/4"-20 camera screw and one 3/8"-16 screw. It is a C type plate as designated by Gitzo's 4 profiles. The plate is compatible with Gitzo series 1-5 tripod heads.
