Gitzo GK3532-82QD Mountaineer Series 3 Carbon Fiber Tripod with Center Ball Head

The GK3532-82QD is a carbon fiber tripod/head kit comprising a GT3532 Mountaineer Tripod and a GH3382QD Center Ball Head.

The Gitzo GT3532 is a standard-height, 3-section, Series 3 carbon fiber tripod that securely holds professional cameras with 300mm lenses (up to a 400mm) and is highly portable. The tripod features Carbon eXact tubing with larger leg diameters. Its top leg-section diameter of 32.9 mm and high modulus carbon fiber lower leg sections make this tripod more rigid and stronger than its predecessors.
This tripod is the perfect choice for professional photographers who want highly resistant, reliable support that is light enough to carry for hours while exploring the great outdoor.
The tripod’s rapid center column is easily removed, transforming it into a ground level set enabling photographers to capture the broadest range of perspectives. It also has a reversible column mechanism. The Gitzo GT3532 three-section legs are secured by G-lock Ultra twist locks, with a built-in O-ring that keeps dirt and dust out of the leg mechanism. The tripod’s top spider is newly designed for extra rigidity, and large leg angle selectors provide a broader grip-area for leg-angle adjustment. The tripod features a stabilizer hook on its center column to add weight and increase stability when required. Its removable feet enable it to adapt to any type of surface. A wide array of heads and other accessories can easily be added via the 1/4″ and 3/8″ attachment on the upper disc.

The Gitzo GH3382QD Series 3 Center Ball Head is the larger-size professional tripod head in the range.GH3382QD has a larger ball and quick-release adapter compared to the smaller versions. It ensures strong, comfortable use with heavier equipment. It is rich in features, including a friction control knob located inside the ball locking knob for precise adjustment. It has a 360° independent panning lock and a ball-movement control lock. It provides uncompromising ball smoothness and is constructed with high-quality, high-resistance aluminium components. The supplied quick-release plate is kept locked with a screw-knob and a bubble level helps photographers keep a straight horizon.

Like all the other Gitzo Center Ball Heads, the GH3382QD is a perfectly balanced and versatile tripod head, engineered to ensure the ultimate smoothness and precision of movement and secure locking.

It is supplied with a Arca-Swiss compatible plate (GS5370D), but is also compatible with all Gitzo's D profile plates and fits most Arca-Swiss style plates from other brands.
