This card features 3D TLC flash memory, and utilises the SATA III 6 Gb/s interface to achieve maximum sequential read speeds of 550 MB/s and maximum sequential write speeds of 530 MB/s. This card also delivers an MTBF of 2 million hours, a total bytes written (TBW) rating of 150TB, an unrecoverable bit error rate (UBER) of 1 sector per 1017 bits read, and is resistant to shock and vibration, as well as temperatures ranging from 23 to 158°F. Furthermore, there is integrated data protection, such as AES 256-bit encryption, data retention, firmware encryption, RAID ECC, TCG Opal, multi-image firmware backup, and more.
