The Canon Remote Camera CR-N350 is a 4K 60P output-capable PTZ camera that delivers 3G-SDI connectivity, a high-performance engine, and powerful zoom capabilities. It features a 1/2.3” Type CMOS sensor with approximately 7.9 megapixels for effective pixels of 3840 x 2160, supporting 4K 60p output in 4:2:2 10-bit format via HDMI and IP, alongside Full HD 60p via SDI and Full HD 30p via USB. The camera includes Custom Picture File support and a 20x optical zoom lens with a focal range of 29.3 to 601mm, extending to Full HD 40x advanced zoom.

Advanced Autofocus and Control

Equipped with Dual Pixel CMOS AF, the CR-N350 offers precise focusing modes including Tracking AF, Eye AF, head detection AF, Face priority AF, and Face-only AF. It provides a pan operating range of ±170° at speeds from 0.2°/s to 100°/s, and a tilt range from -30° to 100° at the same speeds. The built-in ND filter reaches 1/8 at maximum with gradation and motor operation, while optical-shift image stabilisation ensures steady footage.

Professional Connectivity and Features

The camera supports professional use with a 3G-SDI terminal, Genlock, XLR audio input for two channels, and a φ3.5 mm stereo mini-jack mic input. Video codecs include H.264, H.265, and JPEG, with protocols such as XC, Visca, Visca over IP, NDI, and FreeD making it a powerful production unit. Power options comprise PoE+ via LAN (IEEE802.3at compliant) or an external 24 V DC source, and it is available in black or white.
