This cartridge contains premium Photo Blue ink which produces exceptionally sharp and crisp text to deliver the most professional documents and publications as well as excellent photo and artwork reproduction.

This original Canon CLI-681 Photo Blue ink cartridge has been designed explicitly for use in a range of Canon inkjet and multifunction centre devices and can produce print output expression level of up to 4800 x 1200 DPI resolution. Consider trying particular paper types and media with advanced printer settings to achieve even higher colour and line definition for extra special jobs. You can even set the printer to save on ink, often known as DRAFT mode which is terrific for internal document printing where the best quality is unnecessary.

The R & D department at Canon imaging laboratories have produced a quantum shift regarding quality and performance with these modern inkjet cartridges. The print quality, saturation, bleed levels, clarity and extra vibrancy generated by this Canon CLI-681PB photo blue ink cartridge nothing short of outstanding.

This CLI-681 photo blue ink cartridge has a print capacity rating of approximately 1660 A4 pages at 5% page coverage.

This ink cartridge has been developed to endure page print speeds of 15 images per minute without any deterioration in print quality.

The electromechanical technology utilised by these types of printers is known as thermal inkjet. The ink is formed into a bubble-like droplet by using a heated element to expand the ink from a cartridge through some fine printhead nozzles. Once the ink has been layered upon the surface of the paper, it becomes resistant to adverse environmental condition and amazingly tolerant of robust handling which increases the life of and handling durability of the page. This application creates images at superior resolution levels compared to other types of print technologies like laser and dot matrix type printing engines and therefore the preferred option for doing full-colour photos and artwork.

Canon's particular ink used in this cartridge is infused with a number of particular elements that enhance the properties of the ink produce in order to crisp and precise lines for text, but also a broad array of gradation tones and hues to create vivid and high-density imaging for superb full-colour output with smooth colour transitions. Other additives maintain viscosity across the life of the cartridge to ensure consistent production and minimal stray line occurrence. Another ingredient to the ink mix includes a unique element that helps to keep the printhead from overheating during higher volume processing.

This Canon CLI-681 ink cartridge has been engineered by Canon technical designers to meet the highest demands of operators wishing to produce the very highest colour definition output and performance. The continued adherence to regular inspections during the manufacturing process and then benchmark tested above field maximum design limits ensures continuous reliability and maximum print quality performance.

Perfectly matched and suitable for use in Canon Pixma TS8160 and TS9160 inkjet printers, multi-function and all-in-one office devices.

Canon environmental officers have been meticulous in ensuring that each cartridge has been made created from durable parts that have been manufactured from earth-friendly and non-toxic materials to assure the smallest ecological footprint possible while also ensuring quality output and long-term reliability are maintained and often enhanced.

Each cartridge one comes in its storage box and inside is vacuum packed to prevent leaking and air blockages to extend shelf life.
