Printed output has excellent colour matching properties with high saturation and extremely low bleed levels. Achieve even higher print quality up to 4800 x 1200 DPI resolution by merely changing the advanced printer setting levels and using particular media. You can also reduce ink usage by switching to draft mode in the settings are of the printer.

This CLI-681XLPB Photo Blue ink cartridge is one from a combination of others in the same family set that makes up the image development system inside the printer. In conjunction with with others, this cartridge produces a perfect mix of quality and performance for a variety of applications for the modern office, school or home user, but mainly for producing more high-end print quality jobs.

The cartridge has been designed to deliver consistent quality results up to print speeds of 15 ipm.

Designed specifically for delivering exceptional quality colour output for vivid and high-density imaging.

Suitable for use in Canon Pixma TS8160 and TS9160 inkjet, multi-function centres and All-in-One inkjet printers.

Prints are abrasion and fade resistant and highly tolerant of adverse environmental conditions and robust handling. These features and print quality can be enhanced further when utilised with correct printer settings and media due to the advanced layering technology of the print head applicator and the absorption and chemical elements and properties of the ink in the cartridge. Special additives to the ink mix maintain the viscosity of ink over time for consistent printed results. Other additives act as a cooling agent to maintain printhead temperature within an optimal range for ink spread and even layer dispersion onto the media.

The print technology utilised to create the ink layers of imaging lines that make up the final output is known as thermal inkjet processing. Ink from the cartridge is drawn down to a mechanism called a printhead. This print head uses a tiny microscopic heating element pins to heat up the ink that has been pumped from the cartridge tank into the print nozzle assembly above the media. This heat causes the ink to expand and be forced out through a series of thousands of tiny print nozzles in a bubble like form and out onto the paper or media.

Each ink cartridge comes vacuum packed in its individual box for easy storage access and also to improve shelf longevity and to minimise the risk of ink leakages, ink blotching and air bubble development.

These fully guaranteed genuine ink cartridges represent the perfect option for applications that demand high-end quality solutions whether that be at the office, the home or at school.

The colour of this ink cartridge is Photo Blue and has been designed for quick and easy change over when the old one has become empty.
