This toner cartridge comes filled with premium quality ultra-granular toner specially engineered to provide exceptional quality laser prints without sacrificing print volume capacity or performance. It delivers exceptional crisp and clear lines for producing professional text and a full gamut of Yellow which works in conjunction with others in the family to create vibrant full-colour output with an exceptional colour expression for images, photos and artwork.

Prints made with this generic CART046Y toner cartridge are abrasion and scratch resistant due to the combination of the toner properties and the advanced application process to the media.

Printed output is resistant to fading and smudging which helps ensure that pages remain extra durable for handling and it also extends page life.

Achieve accurate colour matching and highly rendered printing resolution up to 1200 x 1200 DPI (Dots per Inch). For even better results, consider exploring the advanced printer settings and use with special media. Also for jobs that are not so quality sensitive, take a look at the toner save mode option called DRAFT MODE which also located in the printer settings panel. By switching this option on, you can save up to 50% of the toner in the cartridge.

The way the image and text are created with these types of printer cartridges is through the use of a laser beam to create electrostatic charging. This is known as laser printing technology. An integrated laser is used to produce a static electricity charge in the form of a reverse image onto a photoconductor drum assembly. The paper is then placed between the drum photoconductor and the toner roller and the toner particles housed on the roller get attracted to only the charged areas. Because the paper is in the way, the toner adheres only to the paper instead of the drum. It then proceeds to a fusing element area where the toner particles which form the image are impregnated with the fibres of the paper with heat and pressure before exiting and ready for use. The big advantage with laser printing over other technologies is the speed and volume such prints can be produced.

Manufactured to stringent QA ISO 9001 and ISO 9004 standards to deliver superior print quality, performance and higher print volume at the lowest possible production cost, these compatible cartridges are the perfect replacement for use in Canon ImageClass LBP654CX and MF735CX laser printers and multi-function devices.

This user-friendly cartridge has been cleverly designed so the operator can quickly change it out and get back to more important tasks.

Each one of these premium select value-line toner cartridges are made with durable earth-friendly materials and non-toxic components to ensure continuous performance and safety.

This compatible Canon CART046Y Yellow toner cartridge is rated to produce prints up to a speed of 28 pages per minute.

The cartridge has a yield capacity that will print up to 2300 A4 pages at 5% coverage in standard mode.

Comes individually boxed for easy storage and sealed inside to maximise cartridge protection and improve shelf-life longevity.
