Add accessories to and protect your Sony VENICE 2 or VENICE camera with this Camera Cage from Tilta. The modular aluminum cage consists of multiple components that can be added and removed based on your configuration, including a top plate, a top handle, two side plates, a 15mm LWS baseplate with shoulder pad, two 5.9" 15mm rods, two 11.8" 15mm rods, a V-mount plate, and a 4-pin male to 4-pin female power cable.

Versatile, Powered Top Plate

• The top plate utilizes a built-in communication cable similar to our previous VENICE system and provides run/stop functionality to all of the cage's angled, easy-access 3-Pin Fischer run/stop ports.
• The top handle features an adjustable design that allows it to easily slide on and off the top plate, which is compatible with the original VENICE top handle.

Removable Battery Plate

• Pins on the included V-mount battery plate directly communicate with the top plate when attached, transferring power output functionality to it. The battery plate also features its own power outputs.
• The plate integrates with the top plate using the included cable to pass through power and run/stop capabilities.

Multiple Mounting Options

• The frame of the cage is constructed from a high-quality, CNC-milled aluminum alloy that offers additional protection and mounting options for accessories.
• The baseplate includes a built-in shoulder pad and is natively compatible with Tilta-standard dovetails. Two sets of 15mm rods fit into the baseplate, which provides a cushioned shoulder pad and multiple threads for converting to a tripod setup.
• The top plate, top handle, and side plate all feature 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 ARRI-style accessory mounting threads for attaching accessories. The top plate also features a shoe mount, and the side plates feature NATO rails.

Accessory Options

• An optional Top Handle Extension can be mounted to expand the handle so that it wraps around the battery plate.
• An optional Tilta Standard to ARRI-Standard Multi-Functional Baseplate can be utilized to adapt this cage to mount onto an ARRI Standard Dovetail if needed.
