Sony SRG-X40UH 4K PTZ Camera with 30x (with CIZ) Zoom

Built for almost any space, the SRG-X40UH matches high quality images with ease of use and simple installation. This remotely controlled PTZ camera can cover everything from crowded operating theatres to huge auditoriums, making it perfect for business, education and medical settings.

See all the details, textures and colours you need, with a 1/2.5-type Exmor R CMOS image sensor. Capture up to 4K images with minimal noise, even in low light. Create better FHD images, thanks to oversampling from the 4K sensor.

Get crisp close-up shots with the SRG-X40UH, which features 20x optical zoom, and 40x zoom in FHD and 30x in 4K with Clear Image Zoom technology. Meanwhile, an horizontal viewing angle of approximately 70° lets you zoom out for much wider images. And smooth, fast PTZ movements make any transitions seamless.

Place the SRG-X40UH on a desk or mount it to the ceiling for more discreet filming. Simple UVC or HDMI connections make it easy to integrate into your existing set-up. And PoE+ support and VISCA/VISCA over IP control command let you remotely operate and power it through a single LAN cable.

Clear, Detailed 4k Images-anywhere

The sensitive 1/2.5-type Exmor R CMOS image sensor captures high-quality 4K images with very little noise, even in dimly-lit environments.

Natural Images and Colours

The powerful sensor reproduces colours as they appear in the real world, so you see a realistic image every time.

Detailed Pictures, Even in The Dark

Our Day/Night function automatically switches between Day mode (full colour) and Night mode (black & white) so you always see clearly. See detailed pictures in almost complete darkness, thanks to boosted sensitivity.

Powerful 40x Zoom and Wide Angle

Get detailed close-ups or capture an entire room through the integrated lens. Utilise the 20x optical zoom, and with Clear Image Zoom technology, you can zoom up to 40x in FHD and 30x in 4K, with an horizontal viewing angle of approximately 70°.

Flexible Mounting Options

Choose between a desktop mount or ceiling mount so you can record from almost anywhere, whether you're in a boardroom or an auditorium.

Smooth Movement

Fast, smooth pan-tilt-zoom movements let you keep up with anything that's happening, while pan angle up to 170° of rotation means you can cover a bigger space with fewer cameras.

Easy Connection

A choice of USB and HDMI connections let you integrate the camera into your existing systems. Then USB Video Class (UVC) gives you smooth video communication.

Remote Control and Simple Power

With a single LAN cable, you can power and remotely control your camera, thanks to PoE+ support and VISCA/VISCA over IP control command. Minimal cabling, effort and cost.
