 The PXW-Z200 also features an AI Processing Unit and Fast Hybrid AF, along with a high-performance 20x power zoom G Lens. This lens offers a versatile zoom range from 24mm to 480mm, with clear image zoom extending up to 720mm in 4K and 960mm in HD. The optical SteadyShot, Variable ND Filter, foldable viewfinder and LCD monitor further enhance the usability and performance of this camcorder.

It is designed to be user-friendly for beginners while meeting the professional requirements of experienced videographers. Key features include Human Recognition Auto Focus, Subject Tracking, and S&Q Motion for High Frame Rate recording up to 240fps. The PXW-Z200 also includes HDMI, SDI, and TC In/Out ports, providing extensive connectivity options suitable for professional workflows. Additionally, the camcorder supports advanced cinematic features with S.Cinetone and S-Log3, similar to those found in Sony’s Cinema Line cameras.

Exceptional Performance for Video

The PXW-Z200 is designed to deliver exceptional 4K video quality, catering to both beginner and professional videographers. The high-performance 20x power zoom G Lens offers a zoom range from 24mm to 480mm, with clear image zoom capabilities up to 720mm in 4K and 960mm in HD. The zoom function is both fast and quiet, and the Fast Hybrid AF ensures sharp focus even while zooming.

Variable ND for Perfect Exposure

This camcorder features Sony’s built-in electronic Variable ND Filter, which allows seamless control of filter density from ND 1/4 to ND 1/128. The ND filter can be adjusted manually, automatically, or in preset steps to achieve perfect exposure in various lighting conditions.

Interoperability with Cinema Line

The PXW-Z200 is designed to work seamlessly alongside broadcast cameras or Sony’s Cinema Line cameras. It offers a variety of base looks, including 709tone and ITU709 for broadcast cameras and S-Cinetone and S-Log3 for Cinema Line cameras. For HDR content, it supports HLG Live, HLG Mild, and HLG Natural.

Active Mode Image Stabilisation

Active Mode image stabilisation is built into the PXW-Z200, reducing camera shake even when recording footage while walking. This digital stabilisation minimises distracting shakes and bumps, ensuring smooth and professional-quality video.
