Rycote is the original inventor of the windjammer since 1987, and the Nano Shield windjammers continue Rycote's long tradition of providing specially designed wind protection that produces excellent, professional-quality audio recordings.

This 45 cm Nano Shield Windjammer fits snuggly over Nano Shield configurations with DD basket halves, secured through a drawstring and toggle. The specifically chosen materials are manufactured in a way as to minimise wind noise as much as possible while leaving high-frequencies completely untouched, producing natural sounding recordings.
