Plenty Of Color

Rotolight's award-winning colour engine helps you take great shots while reducing edit time. It ensures beautiful skin tones with outstanding colour reproduction and a TLCI of 99. Make your subject's eye sparkle with Rotolight's signature catchlight effect for flawless portraits. You’ll also find award-winning CineSFX including Fire, Lightning, TV, Gunshot, Paparazzi, and much more.

Mobility & Performance

The AEOS 2 is incredibly portable. Its ultra-thin design and unique weight (approximately 3 lbs.) make it easier than ever to create soft light in the studio or on location. Battery performance is superior, and less than 1/3 the power draw of its closest competitors. You can either use a V-Lock battery for approximately two hours of runtime with a standard 95Wh battery or use a power supply unit (42W at 100%). Batteries are available in 95 and 155 Wh capacities.

Touchscreen Control That's Easy To Use.

AEOS 2 gives you real-time control over key features via its intuitive, full-colour touchscreen. You can easily navigate the menus, adjust features, and recall favourite settings to help you save time on set. The touchscreen menu also allows you to switch the fans to "stealth mode," so excess noise won’t interfere with your audio when shooting video.

There's An App For That

Rotolight's new iOS and Android app put you in control. Adjust colour and power settings, flash settings, and lighting modes directly from your device. Using the integrated Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capabilities of the unit, you can create custom groups of up to 20 lights simultaneously.

Universal Speedring & Bowens S Mount Adapters

The Rotolight AEOS 2 now features a brand new Rotolight Bowens S mount and Universal Speed Ring adapters. Create stunning soft light with an endless suite of modifiers. Elinchrom's Skyport Receiver is integrated into the AEOS 2 to enable wireless triggering of the flash and compatibility with cameras with High-Speed Sync. For this feature to work, you will need a Rotolight EL-Skyport Transmitter Plus HS compatible with your brand of camera. The transmitter uses a 2.4 GHz radio system with an outdoor range of 656' and an indoor range of 196'. It also runs on two AA batteries and has a mini-USB port for firmware updates.
