To enable external recording on your GH7 mirrorless camera and maintain optimal performance at high frame rates, use Panasonic's USB-C Power Supply and Adapter. This power adapter, along with an optional USB SSD, provides the necessary power to record high-resolution video with frame rates exceeding 61 fps.
