OM SYSTEM 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 III Lens

The M.Zuiko Digital 14-42mm F3.5-5.6 III is a compact standard zoom for Micro Four Thirds cameras, covering a 28-84mm equivalent range that runs from genuine wide angle to short telephoto. At just 125g and about 50mm long, it slips easily into a day bag, and its click-style retractable mechanism collapses or extends the lens simply by turning the zoom ring, with no switch to operate.

Eight elements in seven groups, including three aspherical lenses, keep aberrations low and images crisp across the zoom range, while multi-coated surfaces maintain contrast and a seven-blade circular aperture draws natural bokeh. It focuses down to 0.13m at the wide end, about 4 cm from the front of the lens, for close-ups at up to 0.53x equivalent magnification, and it supports in-camera Focus Stacking on compatible OM SYSTEM bodies.

A dustproof design and IPX1-rated splashproof performance (when paired with a weather-sealed camera) mean sudden rain is no reason to pack up. Mounted on the OM SYSTEM PEN it makes a light, weather-ready kit for everyday photography and travel.
