Flexible Connectivity and User-Friendly Design

The Wave supports multiple connection options including Bluetooth, a wireless Bluetooth dongle, and USB-C connectivity for easy integration into modern conferencing setups. The wireless dongle stores neatly underneath the unit when not in use, helping maintain a clean and organised workspace. Future firmware support allows up to three Wave units to cascade together for expanded audio coverage in larger conference rooms. The speakerphone is also compatible with the optional Insta360 Link 2 AI webcam, which mounts directly on top of the unit for a more complete conferencing solution. A built-in 1.82 inch touchscreen display provides intuitive access to settings and conference controls, while its retractable design allows the display to be concealed after adjustments are complete for a cleaner appearance.

Long Battery Life and AI Recording Features

Powered by an integrated 9800mAh battery, the Wave delivers up to 12 hours of operation on a single charge and fully recharges in approximately five hours using USB-C. Pre-Recording Mode continuously captures audio in the background and automatically preserves the previous five minutes once recording begins, helping ensure important moments are never missed. The included AI companion software for Windows and macOS expands functionality with advanced productivity tools and recording features. Built-in 32GB internal storage supports up to 1000 hours of MP3 recording, while crystal-clear 48 kHz audio capture ensures detailed voice quality. AI-powered meeting assistance includes transcription with voice recognition, editable vocabulary support, automated summaries, templates, and contextual text generation to streamline collaboration and note-taking.
