The Insta360 Wave in Arctic White is a sophisticated conferencing speakerphone designed to deliver clear, professional-quality audio for meetings, presentations, and hybrid work environments. Combining advanced AI-powered sound processing with a sleek and modern design, the Wave enhances communication clarity for both local and remote participants. Its compact form factor makes it ideal for conference rooms, collaborative workspaces, and office environments where dependable voice reproduction and streamlined connectivity are essential.

Intelligent Voice Pickup and Adaptive Beamforming

Equipped with an advanced eight-microphone MEMS array, the Insta360 Wave captures voices clearly across a range of up to 16.4 feet. Adaptive beamforming technology intelligently adjusts microphone pickup patterns based on speaker positioning, supporting omnidirectional, cardioid, supercardioid, figure-eight, and stereo modes for more accurate voice isolation and room coverage. This intelligent audio capture system helps maintain natural and balanced vocal clarity during discussions, presentations, and conference calls.

Advanced AI Noise Reduction

The Wave incorporates powerful AI-driven audio enhancement tools designed to reduce distractions and improve speech intelligibility in challenging environments. AI Noise Reduction can be enabled or disabled depending on the environment and includes a sophisticated algorithm capable of suppressing over 300 common background noises. Additional intelligent audio features include Automatic Noise Suppression, Automatic Gain Control, Automatic Echo Cancellation, and AI-powered de-reverberation, all working together to create cleaner and more focused meeting audio.

Flexible Connectivity and Camera Integration

Designed for modern conferencing workflows, the Wave supports multiple connection options including Bluetooth, USB-C, and a dedicated wireless dongle that stores neatly underneath the unit when not in use. Future firmware support allows up to three Wave devices to cascade together for expanded coverage in larger conference spaces. The speakerphone is also compatible with the optional Insta360 Link 2 AI webcam, allowing users to create a more complete professional conferencing setup with integrated video and audio functionality.

Smart Controls and Long Battery Life

A built-in 1.82 inch touchscreen display provides quick access to settings, conferencing controls, and recording features through an intuitive interface. The touchscreen can be concealed by lowering the speakerphone after adjustments are complete, maintaining the unit's clean appearance. The display also enables quick sharing of meeting summaries and recordings through on-screen QR codes using Insta360 InSight integration. Powered by an integrated 9800mAh battery, the Wave can operate for up to 12 hours on a single charge and fully recharges in approximately five hours via USB-C.

AI Recording and Productivity Features

The Insta360 Wave includes an advanced AI recording suite compatible with both Windows and macOS systems. Built-in 32GB internal storage allows recording of up to 1000 hours of MP3 audio, while crystal-clear 48 kHz recording quality ensures detailed voice capture. Pre-Recording Mode continuously buffers audio in the background and automatically saves the previous five minutes once recording begins, helping users avoid missing important moments. Additional AI productivity tools include meeting transcription with voice recognition, editable vocabulary support, and an AI meeting assistant capable of generating questions, templates, and contextual text sources to streamline collaboration and note-taking.
