The sleek rackmount design offers silent front and rear cooling and has a capacity of 48TB. It is equipped with two 100GbE Ethernet ports that operate on separate networks to allow users to use each port as separate storage without interference between the two. The device is dramatically faster than the earlier Cloud Store Max model, and it offers HDMI and SDI real-time monitoring outputs, as well as a management port for using the Blackmagic Cloud Store utility on a separate network for remote software updates.
