The Vortex Optics Pro Binocular Tripod Adapter allows you to easily mount your binoculars outfitted with a 1/4"-20 threaded socket on a photo/video/field tripod, head, or quick release plate for hands-free use. Its unique two-part system allows you to thread the binocular portion into the optic and leave it there, even when you're not using the tripod, while still offering a solid connection to your tripod when its attached to the base. The base of the adapter has a 1/4"-20 mount to be compatible with a wide variety of support systems. Using it with your binoculars, especially high-power ones or those with large objective lenses, helps to steady the view, reduce vibrations, and eliminate arm fatigue.
