Peak Design Mobile - Car Mount - VHB - Charging - Black

Mount and charge your smartphone in style by using the Peak Design Mobile Magnetic Charging Car Mount. Its sleek, low-profile design and machined anodized aluminum construction help to make the mount an aesthetically pleasing addition to your dash. It attaches via an included ultra-strong and weatherproof 3M VHB adhesive pad, which can be removed without causing damage if needed. The mount itself holds your smartphone via strong, high-temp neodymium magnets.

Since it's a flat magnetic surface, you can attach and remove your phone quickly with just one hand, and the phone can rest in either portrait or landscape orientation. While mounted, an integrated ballhead allows for smooth and stable adjustment. It's a convenient option when you need to use your phone for GPS turn-by-turn navigation or want to play streaming audio as you drive. Please note that the 3M VHB adhesive is designed for smooth and flat dashboards. You may experience inconsistent adhesion on textured or porous surfaces.

Wireless Charging

This version of the Peak Design Mobile mount features the ability to wirelessly recharge your phone once mounted. The integrated magnets help to ensure a proper connection for the charging coils, which provide power through the included USB Type-C cable and USB Type-C-compatible cigarette lighter adapter. Clips are included to neatly route cables to maintain the mount's low-profile design. Please note that if you use the optional Peak Design Universal Adapter, wireless charging may not be possible.

Compatibility

The magnetic pad works with the Peak Design Mobile case, universal adapter, or MagSafe phones and cases.
