With a folded height of only 4.7", and weighing only an ounce, you can take this tripod with you virtually anywhere and set up your camera low on the ground, or on a tabletop. The 1/4"-20 mounting screw allows you to mount most consumer cameras on the tripod for lock-off shots, or fold the legs and use it as a handle for cameras with difficult ergonomics.
