Film-Inspired Highlight Diffusion

Inspired by the timeless appearance of classic film photography, the HDF filter softens harsh highlights while maintaining a smooth and cinematic finish. It produces a gentle glow around bright areas, making it ideal for dreamlike visuals, flattering portraits, atmospheric night scenes, and warm vintage-inspired imagery.

Contrast-Preserving Clarity

Unlike many conventional mist-style filters that can reduce image definition, the HDF filter is engineered to preserve contrast, tonal balance, and overall image clarity. Shadows remain rich, mid-tones stay vibrant, and highlights are softened naturally without sacrificing detail or image structure.

Multi-Layer Nano Coating

The filter features an advanced multi-layer nano coating on both sides to help minimise glare and unwanted reflections. This coating also provides waterproof and oil-resistant protection, helping keep the filter cleaner for longer and making maintenance easier during outdoor shoots and demanding production environments.

JetMag Pro Magnetic System

The JetMag Pro magnetic mounting system allows the filter to be installed or removed quickly and securely with minimal effort. Its patented locking mechanism helps prevent accidental detachment, providing additional security even when stacking multiple JetMag Pro filters together.

Ultra-Slim No Vignetting Design

Designed with a precision-engineered slim frame, the filter helps reduce the risk of vignetting when used with wide-angle lenses, including full-frame focal lengths as wide as 16mm. This makes it particularly well suited for landscape, travel, street, portrait, and video applications where clean edge-to-edge image quality is essential.

Ideal for Creative Photo and Video Work

The NiSi JetMag Pro HDF Highlight Diffusion Magnetic Filter is an excellent choice for photographers and filmmakers seeking a cinematic visual style with practical everyday usability. By combining soft highlight diffusion with preserved clarity and contrast, it delivers a balanced and timeless look for both photography and video production.
