Leofoto QP-38P Quick Release Plate - Black

Upgrade your camera-support setup with the Leofoto QP-38P Quick Release Plate in Black-a lightweight, highly versatile Arca-style camera plate engineered for fast mounting, secure handling and flexible carry options. At only 22g, this compact quick release plate is an excellent choice for photographers and filmmakers who want dependable tripod compatibility without adding unnecessary weight to their camera kit.

Unlike conventional two-way Arca-style plates, the QP-38P features a four-sided Arca-style interface. This allows the plate to be mounted into a compatible clamp from any direction, making setup faster and more intuitive when working in the field, in the studio or on the move. Whether you are mounting a camera onto a tripod head, clamp or other compatible support, the four-way design provides significantly more flexibility than a standard plate.

The QP-38P is also designed to help keep your camera secure while in use. Its twist-resistant fit helps minimise unwanted movement between the camera and plate, while the anti-loosening screw design supports a stable, reliable connection during photography or video work. It is a practical upgrade for landscape, travel, street, wildlife and content-creation kits where a compact, ready-to-use mounting solution is essential.

A standout feature is the integrated QD socket, which allows the plate to work with compatible Leofoto SP strap rangeQD connectors. This creates a convenient transition between carrying and shooting: attach your compatible QD strap connection for hands-free carry, then quickly move the camera to a compatible Arca-style support without needing to remove the plate. The built-in strap slot adds another carrying option, while a pre-drilled lanyard hole makes it easy to attach a tether, lanyard or external carry solution.

Finished in black for a subtle, professional appearance, the Leofoto QP-38P is ideal as a primary camera plate, a replacement plate or a spare for a second camera body. Small in size but rich in functionality, it helps streamline the way you carry, mount and use your gear.
