Leofoto QF-03 Quick Release Camera Mount

Leofoto QF-03 Quick Release Camera Mount - Black is a compact camera carrying accessory designed for photographers and creators who need fast access in the field without relying on a neck strap. Ideal for travel, landscape, wildlife, event and outdoor shooting, this QF-Series quick release mount secures your camera to a backpack strap, belt or webbing so your kit stays supported, protected and ready to shoot.

Built for real-world use, the Leofoto QF-03B combines a lightweight form with a secure locking workflow and broad compatibility. If you already use an Arca-Swiss compatible setup, this black quick release camera mount fits neatly into an efficient carry system, helping you move faster between walking, climbing, scouting and shooting.

Performance & Benefits

The key advantage of the Leofoto QF-03 is secure, repeatable camera access. Instead of carrying your camera on a strap that swings as you walk, this quick release camera mount anchors it close to your body for better control. That means less movement while hiking or working through crowded locations, and a more stable carry position for mirrorless and DSLR systems.

The one-step locking design is built for speed without sacrificing confidence. Your camera can be attached or removed in seconds, while the automatic locking mechanism helps prevent accidental release during movement. For photographers covering wildlife, travel or events, that faster draw can make a real difference when a shot appears suddenly.

The included Arca-Swiss plate supports a familiar, practical workflow. With the supplied Leofoto QP-38 quick release plate, the QF-03 integrates easily with many Arca-Swiss compatible accessories, making it a useful addition for creators who already run a Leofoto tripod, tripod head or other support gear in their kit.

Precision CNC-machined aircraft-grade aluminium gives the mount a solid feel without unnecessary bulk. The black anodised finish adds durability and a clean professional look, while the 10 kg load rating makes this camera mount suitable for everything from lightweight travel kits to more demanding professional camera and lens combinations.

Comfort is another major benefit. By transferring weight from your neck to a backpack strap or belt, the QF-03 helps reduce fatigue over long shooting days. For landscape photographers, travel shooters and hybrid creators carrying gear for hours at a time, that improved support can make field work more efficient and more comfortable.

Practical Details

The Leofoto QF-03 is designed to mount quickly to a wide range of straps and webbing. Its adjustable clamp fits materials up to 70mm wide and 1-15mm thick, which covers many modern camera backpacks, harnesses, utility belts and outdoor carry systems. The lever-operated installation is tool-free, making it easy to reposition the mount as your setup changes.

In use, the low-profile body sits neatly against your strap or belt and avoids the bulk of larger carry systems. At just 118g and measuring 93 × 48 × 38mm, it is easy to pack into a camera bag as part of your regular camera accessories kit, yet substantial enough to support heavier bodies and lenses when needed.

The included QP-38 plate uses a four-way Arca-Swiss compatible design, which makes mounting flexible and straightforward. This is especially useful if you already move between a tripod head, quick release plate and carry mount during a shoot. The 1/4"-20 anti-loosening camera screw helps maintain a secure connection during regular use and repeated handling.

Silicone pads inside the clamp improve grip while helping protect straps and belts from wear. In practical field use, this gives the QF-03 a more secure hold and helps keep the camera stable against your body when walking over uneven ground, travelling between locations or working through active shooting environments.
