The Leofoto BIP-C1 is designed to provide a rigid and dependable shooting platform where stability and precision are essential. Its oversized forged-pattern carbon fibre legs minimise flex while helping absorb vibration more effectively than conventional aluminium bipods. The forged carbon construction also gives the BIP-C1 a distinctive premium appearance, while its CNC-machined aluminium components and durable black anodised finish provide excellent durability for demanding field use.

Innovative Multi-Directional Ball Joint

The BIP-C1 features an integrated multi-directional ball-joint system that allows the rifle to be adjusted without repeatedly repositioning the entire bipod. The system provides 360° horizontal rotation, ±15° of side cant and ±5° of forward and rear tilt, giving shooters greater freedom to compensate for uneven ground and make precise aiming adjustments. The smooth movement allows the rifle to track naturally while remaining supported, and the system can be securely locked when the desired position has been established.

Arca-Swiss and Picatinny Compatibility

The BIP-C1 is equipped with the Leofoto LSC-40N Quick Release Lever Clamp, providing compatibility with Arca-Swiss dovetail rails and Picatinny mounting systems when used with a compatible adapter. The lever-operated mechanism allows the bipod to be attached or removed quickly while maintaining a secure connection during use. A fine tension adjustment system allows the clamp to be tuned for different rail tolerances, while the integrated secondary safety latch helps prevent accidental release if the main lever is contacted by clothing, equipment or branches during transport.

Adjustable Carbon Fibre Legs

Three-section telescopic carbon fibre legs provide smooth height adjustment while maintaining excellent rigidity. The legs extend from a minimum height of 210mm to a maximum height of 775mm and fold to a compact length of 350mm. Large ergonomic twist locks allow quick and secure adjustment, while independent leg positioning provides greater flexibility on uneven ground. Four leg angle positions at 35°, 65°, 95° and 125° allow the BIP-C1 to adapt to prone, seated and kneeling positions as well as slopes, rocks, fallen timber and other challenging terrain. Large one-touch angle release buttons also make it easy to reposition the legs, even while wearing gloves.

Versatile Shooting Positions and Interchangeable Feet

The BIP-C1 is suitable for a wide range of shooting positions, from ultra-low and traditional prone shooting to seated and kneeling positions, hillside shooting, hunting blinds and long-range applications. Its independent leg adjustment makes it possible to establish a stable platform on uneven surfaces. The bipod includes interchangeable rubber feet for hard surfaces such as concrete, timber platforms, vehicle trays and indoor ranges, as well as claw-style steel spike feet for dirt, mud, sand, grass, gravel, loose soil and rocky terrain. The aggressive claw design provides additional traction and helps minimise movement during recoil.

Weighing just 485g, the BIP-C1 combines a substantial 775mm maximum height with a lightweight and portable design. Its 16, 19 and 22mm telescopic leg sections provide a balance of rigidity and adjustability, while the legs can fold forwards or backwards for convenient transport. When folded, the bipod measures only 350mm, allowing it to fit easily into rifle cases, backpacks and range bags.
