This slice of focus effect in a wider focal length helps you fit more of your story into the frame. Place a sharp slice of focus through your image in any direction – tilting depth of field and allowing you to focus on objects in the foreground and background simultaneously.

Tilting the lens up or down results in a horizontal slice of focus; left or right a vertical slice; diagonally for an angled slice. After setting the tilt, rotating the focus ring moves that slice of focus through the image, from one side of the frame to the other.
